with a headquarters in Richmond, VA. We are looking for a kind, professional, trustworthy, and
very organized Personal Assistant to support our founder and CEO in the success of the
company.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a clear, well organized, and efficiently running calendar for the CEO for
    professional and personal appointments.
  • Review emails and voicemails, organize, and answer communications for the CEO in a
    timely and professional manner.
  • Research and document on various professional and personal topics
  • Research and coordinate logistics of various travel for a cost-effective and smooth
    experience.
  • Collect, sort and file mail and documents.
  • Clean up kitchen, clean, fold and sort laundry.
  • Take inventory of home items and order as necessary
  • Run errands to bank, post office, personal errands, etc.
  • Supervise children and drive to and from activities as necessary.
  • Review children’s activities, outline and communicate requirements.

Qualifications:

  • 1+ years of personal assistant, childhood and/or home managementBachelor’s degree in communication, hospitality, childhood development a plus.
  • Motivated, professional, and enthusiastic personality
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Reliable, trustworthy, and discrete, able to maintain confidentiality.
  • Ability to be self-motivated, driven and hold oneself accountable.
  • Current Richmond Area location, close to Moseley, VA
