WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Learn the full recruiting process—from sourcing and interviewing to client communication and offer management

RESPONSIBILITIES:

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
  • 5+ years of experience in digital media strategy, planning, or activation roles, with a strong background in retail media.
  • Hands-on experience managing Amazon Advertising campaigns (Sponsored Ads and DSP).
  • Familiarity with additional retail media platforms such as Walmart Connect, Target Roundel, Wayfair, or other marketplaces.
  • Proven experience leading teams and managing client or stakeholder communications.
