Our client, an In-house Advertising Agency with offices in Englewood Cliffs, NJ, is looking to add to its staff an experienced Email & SMS Marketing Coordinator starting in June. This role will be On-Site, so candidates from the New York Metropolitan area will be considered. In this role, we are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Email & SMS Marketing Coordinator to join their team.
This role will be instrumental in executing and optimizing email and SMS marketing campaigns, ensuring seamless operations, accurate tracking, and high-quality deployments. The ideal candidate is a proactive communicator with experience in marketing automation tools, campaign execution, and cross-functional collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Campaign & Workflow Management
- Maintain and manage the Trello board for campaign submissions, ensuring smooth progress across all stages
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Creative, Business, Legal) to address edits, discrepancies, and approvals
- Email & SMS Deployment Execution
- Build and edit emails within email design platform, ensuring proper formatting, alternate text, CTA links, and UTM tracking
- Upload and manage images in digital asset management system for seamless asset organization
- Set up, QA, and schedule email and SMS deployments via Email Service Platforms
- Tracking & Reporting
- Maintain and update the Email/SMS Deployment Tracker, ensuring alignment with the campaign calendar
- Document key campaign details, including audience segmentation, deployment schedules, and performance status
Qualifications:
- 1–3 years of experience in email/SMS marketing or digital marketing operations
- Hands-on experience with marketing automation tools (Knak, Attentive, Stirista, or similar platforms).
- Strong project management and organizational skills with a keen eye for detail
- Experience working cross-functionally with creative, content, and legal teams
