Business Development Associate

We are looking for a Business Development Associate to inform potential clients of our services and how we can help them with hiring the right A-level talent. We are looking for someone who can bring energy, drive, enthusiasm, hunger for knowledge and growth, persistence, charisma, and organization to our growing company.

Responsibilities:

• Research sales leads, build contact lists, and obtain company contact information
• Connect with leads through digital marketing, emails, sales calls and in-person events
• Attend client meetings and have conversations to inform potential buyers of our company and services and build relationships
• Market services through email and other digital platforms as necessary
• Provide top notch customer service, be able to overcome objections and handle challenges with a calm and collective attitude

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Communication, Marketing, Design or related field
• 1+ years of sales or account management experience, preferably in creative recruiting, advertising or marketing
• Knowledge of advertising, branding, marketing, design and digital
• Motivated, professional and enthusiastic personality
• Very strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to be self-motivated, driven and hold oneself accountable
• Current Richmond Area location
