Our client, a boutique packaging design firm in the New York area is seeking a proactive and driven Production
Associate to join their growing team. This position works closely with Account Managers, Managing
Director, internal and external teams to ensure the smooth and timely execution of projects, from order
placement through to delivery.

REQUIREMENTS:

•  Bachelor’s degree preferred
• 5-6 years of production or related experience in the custom packaging industry or a similar field
• Customer-focused with the ability to maintain positive relationships with clients, vendors, and
  team members

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage the daily workflow of all production-related activities, ensuring deadlines and client
  requirements are met. Provide clear communication on project status, action items, and next
  steps to all team members.
•  Assist with day-to-day order processing and client deliverables. Support the coordination between
  internal departments and external vendors to keep all projects on track.
• Maintain communication with vendors to ensure the timely completion of orders and sample
  developments. Oversee vendor quotations, sample deliveries, and production timelines.
