Our client, an in-house advertising agency located in Englewood Cliffs, NJ, is currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Account Manager to oversee the Home Entertainment account. This on-site position involves using the entire lifecycle of projects, acting as the main point of contact for internal teams and partners. The role also requires offering strategic insights to drive successful campaign outcomes. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in account management, a strong understanding of the industry, and hands-on experience with both digital initiatives—including web development, content creation, banner advertising, and CRM systems—and traditional marketing projects such as photoshoots, signage, and events.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead a high-performing account and project management team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence
  • Serve as the main liaison between the agency and the Home Entertainment brand partners, ensuring alignment on business goals and strategy
  • Oversee the execution of projects, ensuring on-time delivery, high-quality output, and achievement of client KPIs
  • Collaborate with creative, strategy, media, and production teams to develop integrated and results-driven campaigns
  • Manage website content needs by coordinating with cross-functional teams to gather and submit approved assets
  • Monitor industry trends, competitive activity, and emerging technologies to keep client strategies current
  • Manage all financial aspects of the account, including Scopes of Work, budgeting, and identifying opportunities for organic growth
  • Ensure final deliverables meet or exceed client expectations and align with agency standards

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 8+ years of account management experience, ideally in a fast-paced agency environment
  • Demonstrated experience leading integrated digital and traditional marketing campaigns
  • Strong digital background with knowledge of UX/UI, digital media, analytics, .com management, DAM/DAL platforms, and data-driven marketing
  • Proven ability to build and manage client relationships with strategic insight and professionalism
  • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills; able to work independently and manage up as needed
  • High attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
  • Comfortable using workflow and communication tools such as Trello, Slack, Teams, Zoom, WebEx, and Google Meet
  • Financial fluency in tracking budgets, managing Scopes of Work, and identifying growth opportunities
  • Team player who can pivot priorities in a fast-changing environment with confidence and ease
