Our client, a leading consumer electronics company, is seeking a Director of Client servies to join their In-Store Marketing Team in Englewood Cliffs, NJ. This strategic leader will be responsible for cultivating and strengthening client relationships, driving client satisfaction, and ensuring the delivery of exceptional results. This role requires a dynamic individual who can lead a high-performing client services team, foster collaboration across disciplines, and act as a trusted advisor to senior clients. 

Requirements:

● Strategic Client Leadership: Serve as the primary strategic point of contact for senior clients, building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships. ○ Develop a deep understanding of client business objectives and translate them into actionable strategies. ○ Provide strategic counsel and thought leadership to clients on digital marketing initiatives.

● Team Leadership and Development:  Mentor, develop, and inspire the client services team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement. ○ Guide the team in developing creative solutions to both client and internal challenges. ○ Promote knowledge sharing and cross-functional collaboration within the agency.

● Cross-Functional Collaboration: ○ Partner with strategy, creative, operations, finance, and other internal teams to ensure seamless project execution and delivery. ○ Collaborate on new business opportunities and contribute to strategic growth initiatives. ○ Work with discipline managers to implement creative and effective solutions.

● Financial Management: Partner with Operations and Finance to develop and manage client P&L, ensuring profitability and financial accountability. ○ Experience in budget planning, execution, and management.

Experience:

10+ years of experience in D2C, B2B and digital marketing. 

Proven experience leading and managing client service teams in an agency environment.

Demonstrated success in building and maintaining strong client relationships.
