Our client, an industry leading fertility clinic with offices in Austin, Dallas, San Antonio, Texas is looking to add to staff an experienced Social Media Expert starting ASAP. We are seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media Expert with a strong background in marketing for a 3-month freelance position The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for design, experience in social media management, and a passion for creating engaging content.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Content Creation & Filming
• Visit 17 different medical offices throughout the Houston area each month.
• Collaborate with physicians and office staff to capture high-quality video and photo content that showcases the office environment, services, and team. 
• Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and resonates with the target audience. 
• Social Media Management: ○ Rebrand and redesign existing social media templates using Canva.
• Develop visually appealing and cohesive social media posts that drive engagement and promote brand identity.
• Manage and maintain a consistent posting schedule across all social media platforms.
• Creative & Strategic Thinking: ○ Work closely with the marketing team to develop innovative strategies to increase social media presence and engagement. ○ Stay up-to-date with social media trends and best practices to ensure content remains relevant and effective.
• Collaboration & Teamwork:
• Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure alignment on branding, messaging, and overall strategy. ○ Act as a team player, contributing creative ideas and supporting the overall marketing efforts. 

Requirements: 

• Proven experience in social media management, preferably within the healthcare industry.
• Strong background in marketing with a focus on digital and social media platforms.
• Proficiency in Canva is a must; experience with general editing tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
• Ability to think creatively and strategically, with a keen eye for detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable working with diverse teams.
• Must be willing and able to travel to multiple locations
