Elysian Staffing is looking to add to staff a Marketing & Growth Intern starting ASAP. This role is REMOTE with occasional in-person meetings, so candidates in the Richmond, VA area will be considered.
We’re seeking someone who is not only eager to learn but also brings initiative, integrity, and curiosity to every task. In this role, you’ll support marketing operations, campaign performance tracking, and lead generation automation across digital platforms. This internship is ideal for a detail-oriented, data-curious individual who’s ready to take ownership of their learning and make meaningful contributions from day one.
You’ll gain real-world exposure to campaign setup, ad copy creation, CRM integration, and attribution tracking. A passion for growth marketing, marketing automation, and data-driven decision-making is essential.
RESPONSIBILITIES

Build and maintain campaign KPI dashboards tracking spend, leads, conversations, sales, revenue per sale, and LTV

Assist with campaign performance audits and provide optimization recommendations (CTR, CPL, conversion rate, ROAS)

Support audience segmentation, retargeting, and lookalike builds across Meta and LinkedIn

Assist in setting up ad campaigns and configuring offline conversion tracking via CRM

Scrape job boards using tools like Phantombuster or Bright Data to support lead gen efforts
-
Enrich company contacts with tools like Hunter.io and automate outreach using platforms like Smartlead
-
Write and optimize cold outreach messaging and ad copy
-
Tag all incoming leads by channel, campaign, and keyword in CRM

Monitor and report on campaign effectiveness weekly with actionable insights
QUALIFICATIONS
-
1–2 years of experience or coursework in digital marketing, growth, analytics, or related field

Familiarity with performance marketing platforms (Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager)

Exposure to or strong interest in tools like GA4, Smartlead, Hunter.io, and Phantombuster

Basic understanding of UTM tagging, pixels, and CRM lead flow

Strong communication skills, especially in interpreting data and summarizing insights

Ability to manage multiple tasks and self-direct in a fast-paced remote environment

Comfort working with data in Google Sheets or Excel
