Associate to join their growing team. This position works closely with Account Managers, Managing
Director, internal and external teams to ensure the smooth and timely execution of projects, from order
placement through to delivery.

REQUIREMENTS:

  •  Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 5-6 years of production or related experience in the custom packaging industry or a similar field

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage the daily workflow of all production-related activities, ensuring deadlines and client
    requirements are met. Provide clear communication on project status, action items, and next
    steps to all team members.

    internal departments and external vendors to keep all projects on track.

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    • 2+ years of recruiting experience in the staffing industry is a must
    • Experience with face-to-face and virtual talent management
    • Experience with recruitment processes and databases
    • Ability to take directions and strive to accomplish challenging goals
    • Strive to continuously build knowledge and skills and share your expertise with others
    • Excellent listening and documentation skills
    • Ability to speak clearly and persuasively
    • Strong organizational skills, work ethic and team player
